Dr. Ram S Tarneja
Dr. Ram S. Tarneja retired as a Managing Director, Bennett, Colemen & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India publication) in 1991 and continues to be a member of their Board. Prior joining Bennett, in 1970, he was the Director of Personnel of Group Companies in Calcutta for about 10 years. After obtaining Ph.D degree from Cornell University, he was the Director, Graduate Department of Business Administration, Duquense University, and Pittsburgh, Pa, U.S.A.

At present Dr. Ram S. Tarneja is the Chairman of Jolly Board Limited and is having Directorship in ITC Limited, HDFC Limited, Gati Limited, Otis Elevator Company (I) Limited, GIVO Limited, Bennett, Colemen & Co. Limited, Rallis India Limited, Phillips Carbon Black Limited, NESCO Limited etc.
Mr. Anil K. Khandelwal
Dr. Anil K Khandelwal, Former Chairman & Managing Director, Bank of Baroda, has a brilliant academic career and over three decades of banking experience. A chemical engineer with an MBA and a degree in Law, he also holds a Doctoral Degree in Management. He is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute OF Banking & Finance. He was awarded the coveted NATIONAL AWARD OF 'BEST HRD CHIEF' by the National HRD Network. Economic Times, Corporate Dossier (16th December 2005) has named him as the 36th among the 100 Most Powerful CEO in the country and he was perhaps the only Public Sector Bank Chief to find a place in the list.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal
Mr. Ashok Agarwal is the Director of Transcorp since the year 1994, having experience in diverse businesses. He is also Managing Director of TCI Infrastructure Finance Ltd., one of the earliest BOT construction company in India. Mr. Agarwal serves many other corporate boards as well as social organizations.
Mr. Aloke Choudhary
A director of Transcorp since 1997, Mr. Aloke is a non-executive director of the Company having enormous knowledge and experience in the business.

Mr. Vineet Agarwal
Mr. Agarwal is the director of Transcorp since 1997. He is a graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and has done MBA. He has vast experience of transportation and retail business and is the Executive Director of Transport Corporation of India Ltd. & Chairman of Trans System Logistics Ltd.
Mr. Amitava Ghosh, Executive Director
Mr. Amitava Ghosh is a Science Graduate and is having Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management. He has successfully handled Foreign Exchange, Inward remittance and Travels business of the Company since last many years.
Mr. Soumya Dutta
Managing Director of eforexindia.com Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Dutta has more than thirteen years of active inter-bank dealing experience as the Chief Dealer of S.C.Dutta & Company and a perfect track record in Consultancy over last six years. He is the faculty of Management Colleges and Bankers Training Institutes and the Vice-Chairman of Northern India Forex Association.
Being the selected dealers to be trained in handling Options and Futures, he is widely regarded for his currency forecasting and technical analysis, which he specialised during his MBA and MCA from the leading institute of the country.
